Services

Stackwyre LLC provides AI automation, digital tools, and related services (collectively "Services") per the specific offering purchased. Descriptions are provided at purchase and in our catalog documentation at stackwyre.com/pricing.

Payment Terms

You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for setup fees (one-time) and monthly recurring charges per your selected Service. All prices are in USD. Monthly subscriptions begin 30 days after purchase unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on setup fee refunds.

Intellectual Property

Stackwyre retains ownership of the automation infrastructure, AI prompts, and proprietary methods. You retain ownership of your data, content, and outputs generated from your data. Purchased templates are licensed for your use but may not be resold or redistributed.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of specific outcomes or business results. We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uptime of third-party systems we integrate with (Stripe, Google, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Digital Products

Compliance templates, prompt packs, and checklist kits are professional starting frameworks, not legal advice. Have qualified professionals review documents before relying on them for regulatory compliance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Disputes are resolved through direct discussion (14 days), then mediation in Wisconsin (split cost), then binding arbitration in Portage County, WI under AAA Commercial Rules.
